Tirthan Valley Trek Through Himalayan Forest

Less talked about than Jalori Pass, but one of the most rewarding half-day treks in the valley. The trailhead is near Nagini village in the Tirthan Valley direction, about 16 km from Jibhi. From there it is a 3 km one-way walk through Himalayan oak, deodar, and blue pine.

Overview

Less talked about than Jalori Pass, but one of the most rewarding half-day treks in the valley. The trailhead is near Nagini village in the Tirthan Valley direction, about 16 km from Jibhi. From there it is a 3 km one-way walk through Himalayan oak, deodar, and blue pine. The waterfall cascades into a cool pool at the base and is locally worshipped as Chhoie Mata.

Getting to the Trailhead

Drive from Jibhi toward Aut on the Tirthan Valley road. The trailhead is near Nagini village, roughly 16 km from Jibhi. Ask at your property for current directions — the exact starting point is best confirmed locally.

The Views
